Strata Remedial Works Abbotsford

Base Building and Projects were commissioned by Strata to restore this 1970’s apartment building of 13 in Sydney’s Inner West. Like many Sydney buildings by the water, concrete cancer had commenced corrosion and Base Building and Projects were able to provide a Building Inspection Report and prepare a scope based on required repairs.

These included scaffold of the entire building to carry out works from; new gutters & downpipes, balcony waterproofing & re-tiling, reinstallation of balustrades to comply with safety standards, replacement of gables & barge boards, concrete cancer investigation & repairs, sewer system investigation, render & paint.
